Return & Exchange Policy
Every order we make is crafted specifically for you. Please read below to understand how we handle exchanges, defects, and custom bulk orders.
All Sales Are Final
Because every Fridge Famous product is made to order and customized specifically for the individual customer, we do not accept returns. Once your order is placed and production begins, the item cannot be restocked or resold.
We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing checkout — including names, dates, photos, and any personalization — to ensure everything is exactly right.

Defective Items & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a production or shipping error on our end, we will make it right with a free exchange.
To request an exchange for a defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a clear photo of the defect or damage.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no cost to you.
Please note: Exchanges are only available for manufacturing defects or items damaged in transit. Orders with customer-submitted errors (typos, incorrect photos, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
Custom Bulk Orders
Bulk orders go through a collaborative proof process to ensure accuracy before we move into full production. Here's how it works:
Your bulk order is received and our design team begins preparing your proof.
We send you a digital proof for review. This is your opportunity to request changes, corrections, or adjustments before production begins.
Once you approve the proof, production starts immediately. No refunds or cancellations can be issued after proof approval.
Your completed bulk order is packed and shipped to you.
Important: By approving your proof, you confirm that all content — including text, images, quantities, and sizing — is correct. Fridge Famous is not responsible for errors approved in the proof stage.
